It has been over a month since I have last updated my page. So here is the update. I have been on summer project for over 2 weeks now. I have a job at Wendy's as a cashier. I also do some food coordination. So far I feel that I am growing immensely. There has been a big focus on God's grace as we have started reading Transforming Grace in my growth group bible study. I am continuing in my reading of Knowledge of the Holy and my systematic reading. I have met many people since coming to project. I feel that some of these relationships could be some really great ones.
My guys group has already taken a girls group out. We asked them out by rap serenading their leader. We cooked them dinner with a mystery menu, we then went to Food City (the local grocery store) and played the "The Food City Game" (similar to the Walmart game). And finally we took them to the park for a bondfire with fellowship, singing, and stories.
